The important stuff — with a little personality.

We’ll keep updating this page with the latest details — but for now, here are the big questions we keep getting.

Kids+
Yes — kids are welcome! 💛 Tiny suits, little dresses, and mini dance-floor legends encouraged. (Bonus points if they out-dance the adults.)
Dress code (Wedding)+
Wedding vibe: Western-Indian / Indo-Western ✨Think: suits + sarees/lehengas, sherwanis, gowns with desi jewelry — mix it up. Wear what makes you feel amazing.
Dress code (Reception)+
Reception vibe: Formal or Indo-Western 🖤Black-tie-ish, formal, glam, or your best Indo-Western fit — whatever you’re most comfortable in (and can dance in).
Travel tips (Toronto)+
Toronto starter pack 🍁:• If you’re staying downtown, check out the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, and the waterfront.• Grab food in Kensington Market or Queen West (you can’t go wrong).• If the weather’s nice, take a ferry to the Toronto Islands for skyline views.• Quick day trip: Niagara Falls is an easy win.Pro tip: give yourself buffer time — Toronto traffic has main character energy ✨
Accommodations+
We don’t have traditional hotel blocks (Toronto gets busy), except the hotel at Woodbine Convention Centre (where the reception is). It’s super convenient… just not exactly a ‘luxury spa weekend’ type of vibe 😄With the 2026 FIFA World Cup bringing extra visitors, prices can run higher than usual — so we recommend booking early. For the best value (especially for families or groups), Airbnb / short-term rentals are often the move.
Transportation+
Getting around is easy:• Uber/Lyft are everywhere.• TTC (subway/streetcar) is great downtown.• If you’re driving, just know parking downtown can be… a journey 😅We’ll share any event-specific tips closer to the date.
Should I rent a car?+
If you’re traveling in, we recommend a rental 🚗 — especially if you want to explore the city, do Niagara, and get to events stress-free.Toronto is fun, but it’s even better when you’re not timing your whole day around transit schedules.
